O R D E R:

It is necessary to provide correct information to all pilgrims who visit temples regarding the location of the temple giving suitable directions to various facilities besides educating them.   Presently there is no Signage System which is usually easy to use by pilgrims.  In view of this 59 Executive Officers of major temples will adopt a good Scientific Signage System which will meet international standards.

2)      In this regard, the Commissioner of Endowments will take initiate and finalize a set of standards and also take the help of the experts in designing Signage System.  A new Scientific Signage System will be placed within the next 150 days (5 months) positively before November, 2015.
